Originally from the south coast of England I left home at 19 to head out to my overseas postings and have had the luck of working in Crete, Halkidiki (Greece), Egypt and Ibiza and being dotted around the French and Italian alps.
During these summers I would learn about the local area, people and traditions so that I could look after holidays makers, during the winters I would spend the day cooking rich french food for guests and guiding them on the skis across the mountains.
I eventually ended up in Australia, where I spent time exploring whilst also toing and froing across to Asia. I had met my partner (Brett) about a year into my time down under and It was just as I set off to travel through New Zealand we realised I was pregnant with our first child, Billy.
Once returning from NZ I set in for a bit of a different life; we had 3 children in 3 years, acquired a few more furry members of the family, built a home and business and I re trained into a new field which required less travel and one which I have always loved - I focused on wellness and studied Integrative nutrition, remedial therapies and personal training.
We bought and set up as a wellness centre… but as we follow where the wind blows us- not long after we had done this we left for the UK (and US) with the knowing that we may not be getting back into Australia for a while (due to the current restrictions).
So for now we are back on this side with my family and it is truly wonderful. When we are not travelling I work as a health coach in person and remotely, guiding thriving from the inside to the out by finding the root cause of people’s symptoms.
I spend half the time looking into diet and for the rest we explore the other aspects of my clients life, it is wonderful work seeing others flourish just from a little guidance.
I am an Aussie bloke whose found myself in the UK with my family - my wife, three small children (and another on the way).
I’ve been around the traps in more ways than one, eventually finding my passion in health and healing. I’ve trained and worked with world leaders in this field for the last several years and can hold space for you to facilitate the energetics of life in a way that will allow you to remember how to heal.
The energy in your system will do the rest! You are your own healer, life just gets in the way and things become out of sync.
When more energy becomes available healing takes place, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. This is not always comfortable. Sometimes it’s very uncomfortable, but it is always moving towards more.
Healing is a total reorganisation of your system.
It’s not fixing you or treating a symptom.
It’s bringing you to a higher order in life.
There is no point trying to fix something and get you back to where you were because where you were is what brought you to where you are now. It’s time to increase the bandwidth -

From a young age I have always had a passion for helping people, starting out in my career I trained as a Beauty Therapist, I have always loved to make people feel good about themselves.
As I child I grew up in Winchester, after I met my husband (Tom Greenaway) I moved to the South Coast of England, based in West Sussex. We love our lifestyle of living by the beach and also being on the doorstep of the beautiful South Downs National Park.
In 2018 we decided to make the move to Australia for a year, we lived with Tom’s sister and brother-in-law Hannah and Brett and their family in Perth. After many chats about our dreams and aspirations; I decided to join Hannah and enrol on the same Personal Training course.
Fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine, in Feb 2020 I qualified as a level 5 Personal Trainer, we went onto convert our garage into a gym and started training clients in the summer of 2020.
We had our first baby, Marlowe in April 2021, during my pregnancy it really opened my eyes to pre and post natal training and how incredible the female body is and what it is truly capable of.
I hope to inspire and guide women through their lifestyle and exercise to create the happiest and most confident versions of themselves.
