We teach Mums and Dads with young children how to include whole foods in every meal, swap not so good choices with healthy alternatives and live a wholesome family life on and off the plate so they can raise their family knowing they’re giving them the best possible start in life, creating healthy and happy habits from the very beginning of their children’s lives whilst saving time in the kitchen and saving money on things which add no value to their life.

When we started teaching Mums and Dads life hacks, we had friends feeling left out, what about us they say- the sensible ones who haven’t had kids?! We need the hacks too! So here we go, a day full of fun, food and heathy life hacks.
Fancy trying out a plant based diet but been brought up on a meat 2 veg and A LOT of dairy diet? Don’t worry, same here! We have put a day together to teach others how easy it is to transition over, because we know how alien the whole thing can be.
